Architect, Founder
Cairo, Egypt

Ehab Mokhtar is an Egyptian architect and systems thinker whose work sits at the intersection of architecture, human experience, and spatial intelligence. Over thirty years of practice across residential, commercial, cultural, and urban projects, he has developed a conviction: that the design industry solves brilliantly for aesthetics and function but remains largely illiterate about how space shapes the people inside it.
He is the founder of OZ│INNOVATIONS, a premium lifestyle development platform, and creator of the H₂OLISTIC framework — a design methodology structured around four territories of human experience: Identity, Belonging, Performance, and Sensory Flow. His current work includes OZ│A, a coworking park in Cairo that applies this framework at scale.
Ehab holds a BSc in Architecture from Cairo University, a Master’s from the American University in Cairo, and executive credentials from MIT, INSEAD, and Harvard Business School.
