Frederick Marks

Frederick Marks, FAIA, LEED AP BD+C, is a Visiting Scholar & Research Collaborator at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies in La Jolla, California, in association with the Regulatory Biology and The Vision Center laboratories. A licensed architect, Mr. Marks is a Fellow of The American Institute for Architects.

He holds degrees in architecture and business administration with a major in real estate and urban land economics. Mr. Marks is a founding member and Board of Director of the Academy of Neuroscience for Architecture (ANFA). In November 2023, he served as a co-host to the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine NeuroArts IAM Lab "Intentional Spaces" Summit. Mr. Marks is a current advisor to the Google Xi Design Coalition, based in the U.S., and Intelligent Buildings International Journal, published in the United Kingdom.
