Martina Huelves Martin

Strategic Consultant, Researcher and Educator Valencia, Spain

Martina Huelves is a strategic consultant, researcher, and educator working at the intersection of neuroscience, conscious design, human experience, and organisational transformation.

Her path began in the early 1990s, exploring neuromarketing and communication, while training in Law. In 2001, she moved into Interior Design with a conviction that has guided her ever since: spaces are not only aesthetic or functional containers, but living environments capable of shaping how we feel, think, relate, create, heal, and belong.

With more than 20 years of experience in strategic interior design, project management, and museography across Spain and the UK, Martina brings together an unusually broad perspective: neuroscience, environmental psychology, emotional intelligence, biohabitability, ecotherapy, brand strategy, and organisational culture. Her work is rooted in evidence, but also in deep sensory observation — in the belief that wellbeing is not an abstract idea, but something the body reads, inhabits, and remembers.

She is the founder of NeuroInteriorismo Integrativo™ and Workplace Natural Intelligence™, methodologies that translate research into spatial, emotional, and strategic ecosystems where people and organisations can flourish. Her approach embraces multisensory design, neurodiversity, biophilia, nature connection, and playfulness as powerful tools for opening perception, supporting leadership, and helping CEOs, teams, designers, and communities imagine better ways of working and living.

Her research also explores the wellbeing of design professionals, especially women in architecture and interior design, facilitating workshops rooted in design coaching, somatic and systemic design that explore how reconnecting with our inner selves, creative confidence and embodied intelligence, creates the foundation for healthier careers and more meaningful spaces. Since 2020, she has been developing mentoring spaces, circles, and immersive experiences—both digital and in-person—where designers can reconnect with themselves, share openly, and deepen their understanding of their work and identity.

Her capacity to bring clarity and vision in moments of uncertainty for CEOs and business, has led her to work closely with individuals, teams, and small businesses, creating spaces for expanded thinking beyond design or business itself—co-creating ecosystems that first transform people, and from there, their environments.

Martina is also the founder of BLUMMURA®, a hybrid experiential laboratory and community — digital and presencial — created for designers, architects, and conscious professionals who want to flourish, learn, and understand more deeply the science of wellbeing. Through tools, mentoring, education, immersive experiences, environmental psychology, human branding, and humanised spatial thinking, BLUMMURA invites a more profound and meaningful connection with ourselves, with others, and with the environments we design.

Her work is ultimately an invitation to co-create a more conscious world: one where spaces, businesses, and people recover their capacity to care, connect, and illuminate life from within.
