Taneem Aljahani

Taneem Aljahani is a Senior Planning Specialist and Academic Professional at the Royal Commission for Yanbu (Education Division). With over 11 years of experience, she holds a Master of Science in Interior Design from Florida State University, United States (2019), and spent nearly a decade as a program coordinator and lecturer in the Interior Design Department at Yanbu Industrial College, Saudi Arabia. In her current role within the Planning & Quality Directorate, Taneem is responsible for supporting institutional strategic alignment, analyzing performance data, and mentoring departments to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Alongside her administrative responsibilities, Taneem remains actively engaged in teaching across multiple departments. Within the Mechanical Skills Department, Computer-Aided Drafting & Design Technician Program (CADDT), she develops instructional content for the 3ds Max Essentials course. She has also contributed to the Management Information Systems (MIS) Department by teaching Principles of Marketing and Principles of Management. Outside her professional responsibilities, Taneem works on design projects, continuously applying and expanding her expertise in interior design. She is committed to ongoing professional development and research in design, architecture, and other disciplines that explore how physical environments influence human emotions, behaviors, and overall experiences.
