Maria Eirini (Marena) Konstantinidi Manesi is a PhD candidate at the School of Architecture, National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), where she is conducting research on the role of synesthesia in
architectural perception and design. She holds a Diploma in Architecture Engineering from the University of Thessaly (9.74/10, Excellent) and a Master’s degree in Architectural Research (NTUA) with
Distinction. Her academic and professional work focuses on architectural design, urban studies, and cultural heritage, with active participation in national and international architectural competitions, earning several awards and distinctions. She has collaborated with esteemed architects and academics and has published in respected journals such as DOMA, ArchDaily, and EK Magazine. Since 2017, she has also curated the private folklore museum “Skiathitiko Spiti” in Skiathos, dedicated to preserving local cultural heritage.
