Nuria Muñoz explores how nature’s wisdom, specifically the metaphor of a tree, offers a framework for regenerative, emotionally intelligent group work. While many collaborative projects rely on structure alone, few nourish the relational soil that allows shared intelligence and integrity to emerge.

About the event
The Habitarmonia Tree: Designing Regenerative Collaboration from the Roots Up

Abstract
In this lecture, Nuria Muñoz explores how nature’s wisdom - specifically the metaphor of a tree - can serve as a framework for regenerative, emotionally intelligent, and embodied group work. While many collaborative projects rely on structure alone, few nourish the relational soil that allows shared intelligence and integrity to emerge.
The Habitarmonia Tree offers a model where:
Roots represent the shared values, worldview, and emotional agreements that nourish collaboration
Trunk symbolizes the roles, rhythms, and agreements that hold the team in coherence
Branches and fruits reflect the offerings, actions, and shared impact that grow from the whole
The mycelial layer - often unseen - includes emotional fields, care work, intuition, and collective sensing
This talk invites us to reimagine collaboration not as efficiency, but as aliveness - a practice of deep presence, design ethics, and conscious relationship to time, space, and each other.
Key takeaways for participants
Apply living systems thinking to interdisciplinary and design teams
Understand collaboration as a layered, embodied system (values, structure, expression, emotion)
Learn tools for aligning neuro-emotional coherence with regenerative leadership
Translate biophilic and neuroaesthetic principles into collaborative practices and agreements
Reflect on how we host the invisible - trust, energy, repair, and co-sensing - within our group cultures
