Anna believes that the desired future cannot be realized without healthy minds.
Currently, Anna is associated with the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw (a National Research Institute), where she supports the implementation of new diagnostic programs. Drawing on a 20-year corporate career in HR, Transformation, and Leadership Development, she provides strategic advice on neuro-inclusive and trauma-informed design within the workplace. In her recent consulting projects, she acted as a leadership solution architect and experience designer. She has also advocated for inner development for sustainability transitions and explored the psychology of climate change. Anna is a certified mindfulness teacher and meditation practitioner who merges ancient wisdom traditions with modern neuroscience to support her clients' regeneration and growth. In her private counseling practice, she supports patients living with mental health conditions.
Originally from the Baltic seaside and now based in Warsaw, Anna’s history of moving between diverse locations has shaped her deep sensitivity to the profound impact that environment, space, and architecture have on human wellbeing. When traveling, she is a frequent seeker of specialty coffee spots and art galleries, with a particular fondness for the immersive art installations in Naoshima.
